By engaging with or purchasing services from Ali Sobh Official LLC, including but not limited to one-on-one consultations, group sessions, seminars, online content, or other related offerings (collectively, the "Services"), you ("Client" or "You") agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.

In these Terms and Conditions, "Ali Sobh" refers to the individual persona who offers life coaching, mentorship, and personal development advice based on his personal experiences. "Ali Sobh Official LLC" refers to the legal entity that provides these services and operates under this brand. Both Ali Sobh (the persona) and Ali Sobh Official LLC are collectively referred to in this Agreement and are protected by these Terms and Conditions.

By using the Services, you acknowledge that these Terms and Conditions apply to both the individual persona of Ali Sobh and Ali Sobh Official LLC, and you agree to be legally bound by them. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you must refrain from using the Services provided.

All sessions—whether one-on-one, group sessions, or seminars—are provided solely for educational, informational, and motivational purposes. Ali Sobh and Ali Sobh Official LLC are not licensed medical professionals or certified advisors in any specific field. The advice offered does not constitute professional medical, legal, or financial advice. You acknowledge that any actions you take following advice or guidance provided by Ali Sobh or Ali Sobh Official LLC are at your own risk.

2. User Responsibilities

As a user of the Services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information when registering or participating in any services.
Participate actively in the coaching process, providing honest and transparent communication.
Use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with applicable local, state, and federal laws.
Acknowledge that Ali Sobh and Ali Sobh Official LLC are not responsible for any outcomes resulting from actions or decisions based on the advice provided during any session.

3. Confidentiality

All consultations and sessions with Ali Sobh and Ali Sobh Official LLC are treated as confidential. Your personal information, session details, and any other data shared during the sessions will not be disclosed to third parties without your explicit consent, except as required by law.

However, general information regarding the ways in which Ali Sobh has assisted individuals and how he has helped clients improve in their respective areas of life may be shared on social media platforms or other public forums. In these cases, Ali Sobh and Ali Sobh Official LLC will ensure that no personally identifiable information is used, and that any stories shared are generalized without reference to individual identities.

4. Limitation of Liability

While Ali Sobh and Ali Sobh Official LLC make every effort to offer valuable and actionable advice, Ali Sobh is not a licensed therapist, doctor, or certified professional in any field related to the Services offered. The advice and mentorship provided should not be construed as medical or professional advice, and is solely based on Ali Sobh's personal experiences and perspective.

By using the Services, you agree that you will not hold Ali Sobh or Ali Sobh Official LLC responsible for any losses, damages, or negative consequences that arise as a result of following the advice or guidance provided. You acknowledge that any decisions made based on the Services are made at your own discretion and risk. Ali Sobh and Ali Sobh Official LLC do not guarantee specific results or outcomes from their coaching or advice.

5. Payment Terms and Refunds

Services are provided in exchange for the agreed-upon fees, which will be disclosed prior to any sessions or services. All payments must be made in accordance with the payment methods outlined on Ali Sobh Official LLC’s website or during the booking process. Payments for sessions, consultations, or seminars are non-refundable, unless otherwise explicitly stated.

In the event that you are unable to attend a scheduled session, you are required to notify Ali Sobh Official LLC at least 24 hours in advance. Failure to do so may result in a loss of the session, and no refunds will be issued.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, including but not limited to written material, videos, social media posts, webinars, and other intellectual property created or provided by Ali Sobh or Ali Sobh Official LLC, is the property of Ali Sobh Official LLC and is protected by copyright laws. You agree not to copy, reproduce, distribute, or otherwise misuse any intellectual property without prior written consent from Ali Sobh Official LLC.

7. Privacy and Data Protection

8. No Warranty
